Shipping

Shipping is $5.95 for all U.S. orders. Packages will be shipped via USPS First Class from our Florida HQ unless another shipping method is selected. 

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Processing times during a sale may take up to 7-10 business days due to high volume. 

We do not assume responsibility for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a purchase is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or the courier service used. NHIVY JEWELRY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We accept returns for a refund or exchange for items damaged in transit

 Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange for items damaged in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. All merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly. 

Return/Exchanges instructions: All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
